Yesterday was the first time I?ve gone to this location in four years. I had a horrible experience last time, which made me... never want to go back. But the boyfriend really wanted subway, and this is the only one opened. It hasn?t changed. The employeesdon?t speak to you, if so they don?t speak to where you can hear them or understand. They are beyond rude, and clearly don?twant to be there. They were throwing things around and making crude jokes in front of customers. My sandwich was made wrong. ButI felt so uncomfortable in there I didn?t even bother letting them know. It was also very dirty in there. All tables had notbeen cleaned and it wasn?t bush. Yet four employees standing around making crude jokes instead of working. I used to work in HR,and I would never hire them or recommend them for anyone. The manager needs to get a grip on that location. It hasn?t changed inover four years. Read more

I have went there several times in the last few weeks. I have not been able to purchase anything. Out of bread, out of tomatoes... and hot meats, can't fix anything for 20 - 30 minutes for some reason. This place needs a manager change. The big guy seems tohave a attitude towards certain customers. I don't plan on returning to this kind of service to spend hard earned money. Read more

This staff is the only subway in town. Patrons need to be more respectful and understand that their business increased... significantly and need to have patience. Tonight I went in and patrons were very rude because of the speed of service. Thinkabout it, everything is a custom order and they have to toast, bake, and restock. Have patience with them!! The reason I updatedmy review is because of how the staff responded to the rudeness. They were quiet and didnt engage. They kept theirprofessionalism. Great job. Read more

Went today got 2 steak and cheese and Italian BMT and girl ain?t measure meat and you can see in picture there is barley any... meat on it no meat on one side and the other steak and cheese she put some sweet onion sauce all over it and when I said that?swrong sauce she scraped veggies and meat off and wraps it up if I could give 0 stars I would and will not ever go there againabsolutely ridiculous service not to mention no hair nets the only good thing we got was the cookies Read more

Don't waist your time. I walked in and was told they had to check the temp on all of there meat and check there bread could not... make anything until it was done as I was leaving a young girl was walking in needless to say a few minutes later she walked outwith a sandwich. Not sure what there problem is but but have also witnessed them locking the doors when more ther 4 people walkin. Read more

First visit they had no bread. Second visit they had no lettuce, spinach, tomatoes or pickles. I asked if the other location had... everything and was told they did. I drove all the way across town just to find out that location had closed down (I recentlymoved to back to Moultrie and had no clue.) The service is terrible and so is the management. A sandwich shop should not run outof bread ever. I will not be returning. Read more
