Legitly the worst TB ever been to, no manager ever around. Multiple times have shown up middle of the day and the workers inside... lounging around but have all the doors locked and dont answer the drive thru. Place is a disgrace to the Taco Bell name! Read more
Started off with a bad customer service experience at this location, but then fellow named Leon (manager) stepped in and made a... huge difference in the final outcome of the visit. The worst place I ever been too. Me and my boyfriend just got off from a 12 hour shift. We decided to go eat at Taco Bell. When... we got the and order the family box. They told us it will be a 30 min wait. So we waited and the lady that was taking our orderwas talking to somebody outside. Then as we were waiting some lady came to the window and told us to drive around to the fromdoor. She said the wait for order there. So we waited about 15 mins. Then the lady that was talking out order told us to driveback around to pick up our order but the only reason was that their was a long line. So we had to wait some more. Then as we gotto the window she gave up 2 cokes and 2 Burritos that we didn?t order and charge us 9 dollars for it. Then I told her that wedidn?t order this, we order that family box, so she charge us 18 dollars more of food and told us to drive back around again soshe can bring us the food. So we waited about 10 mins to our food. Then we told her we didn?t order this, she told us to keep itbut I told her that you charge us 9 dollar for it. She told me to get her that card and she will give us the 9 dollars back.Until this day I?m still waiting for my 9 dollars that she never return. Absolutely horrible. We got there after a long night, one of the only places open, 4 workers were just sitting outside on the... curb. We get to the order menu and they tell us they are out of chicken beef and steak and that it would take 20 minutes to cookeverything and before they could even take our order. Maybe if your workers were inside actually working there might be foodwhen customers come. Read more
Has to be the worst taco bell in southwest GA. Rude employees, lack of respect to guests, and overall terrible service everytime... i come. They want you to back up after ordering so their drive thru time looks better. Maybe if they did their jobs theywouldn't have to cheat the system. Read more

Service was so awful..no one up front to take orders everyone talked a d laugh among themselves making prders.. made us use the... kiosk...customers was livid at the slow service and lack of attention..one guy came in couldnt read so he couldnt order himselfhe just left...i offered to help him but he was mad..and shame...i hate this Taco Bell location ...I.will NEVER visit AGAIN Read more
