The waiter is really rude. Very unprofessional. It's always empty, but yet they block off one side of the restaurant and you... can't sit there. My children have gotten food poisoning twice from eating the food. WONT BE GOING BACK . Read more
Went here by default today as our normal stop [hardee's] was totally packed & drive thru line round the building.. Me & hubby... came for brunch on way to taking him to work. Am so glad we made choice to come to waffle house- It may have been busy & quitepacked but, definitely was worth the trip! Your staff were very courteous & quickly welcomed us as we entered, waitress was verypolite and brought food quickly & gave us lots of refills (nice in this heat). We ordered the Texas patty melt w home fries..OMG ???????????? best ive had in a very long time! Burgers were juicy, lots of ooey gooey melted cheese.. had me wishing I'dordered a 2nd patty melt instead of the lukewarm home fries.. next time? I'll have to do just that- grab 2 Texas patty melts(you should too, won't regret it!) Read more
There were four dirty tables that weren?t being cleaned for a good solid 15 minutes. The service was awful and took forever to... even make the food and when the food was finally given to me it was cold!! I will never come back to this place again. Read more
Didn't get our orders right Waitress forgot our drinks tostart with Waitress never even checked on us then we got our own sauce... syrup and made the most of the meal considering noone even cared if any type of service was corrected Stood at register waitingfor ticket while manager was on phone 1 Waitress was standing around with a dorrar in her mouth while our Waitress sat onclosed side of restaurant. Listen people I highly recommend this store to all people young and old. They have a great menu that's mouth watering . My... favorite is the patty melt plater. I love a lot of things they serve , but the most important thing is they are fast andfriendly to all customers ???? . So if you're hungry and need a place to go grab a delicious meal . Staff was Great!!! Service was Great!!! The staff served 12 teens and 2 adults. We were greeted with a smile, their spirits was... very warm and friendly. My daughter and I went here after a football game. Our server was Martha and she was great. She made our night while she was... serving us. Her supervisor on the other hand was extremely rude. I thought he was going to make her cry because he startedcooking a few orders he didn't even have tickets for. I don't understand how he even became a part of management. But shehandled it well.
