Beware if you?re driving through and don?t check your bag before leaving. Apparently they can?t hear and/or read well. Ordered Uber eats from here one morning and they messed up our order and left stuff out of our bags. Had our order refunded but... still had to go back there to get the food they didn't give us. Lady at intercom was too busy having a conversation to evenagknowledge us. The food was great but the service is lacking. Not satisfied with the experience. Read more
If you like rude and being ignored this is the place for you. The girl at the window didn't speak one word to me until I... interrupted her conversation with another co-worker and I asked for Splenda. She still didn't say a word and brought me Sweet nlow. Gotta give it a 2-3 stars. Food great, fast ordering but some of the employees are...yea. Lady at the window have a bad attitude... and kept mixing my order up. Didn't get my frosty either that was on the order. Don't order big is what I see since two-threemeals are too much for them. Just go and get one combo and then somewhere else for your food. I was looking forward to trying the new Hot Honey Chicken sandwich, but I guess it's too much to ask for for good... service. Ordered at the drive-thru, checked bags and got home. Opened the new Hot Honey Sandwich (classic) and there was nobacon or pepper jack cheese. I guess those are the pickle chips? My mom gave me bacon from her salad to go on it. This store is new and I think it's only been back open for I say maybe 18 months or so. They serve great food and they are very... quick when it comes to taking and completing orders. The prices are reasonable on all the food they serve... Plus they are ontop of this coronavirus situation. Keep up the practice of great health.. Read more
