I have visited this caribou a few times. The first time I visited it was extremely busy and the staff was rocking it! While I... was at the pickup counter I said "you guys are rocking it." No one must have heard me because there was no acknowledgment. Ireturn another morning and I had a new person helping me at the register. Morgan was of great help and he was always wearingsuch a beautiful smile. He got my dog a pup cup which made both my dog and I happy. I returned the next day to fill my coffeeaddiction again. I went to the drive-thru this time and I was not surprised when I got to the window that it was Morgan helpingme again. His customer service is top-notch and makes me want to continue to frequent this location! Read more
This is my favorite coffee spot in the area! The staff is the absolute friendliest and my coffee order is always spot on. It?s... my dogs favorite place as well lol. Worst drive-thru experience/ customer service! They ask you so many questions before taking an order? You can scan my perks... number at the window Because I?m paying on my app anyway?you don?t need to ask me my phone number at the drive-thru! I get the same coffee here every day and it?s usually alway done well and I appreciate the staff. Unfortunately I walk in today... to the counter and no one acknowledges me the whole time. Please decide what covid policies you?re going to have in place. The mobile order app never works (I get double charged every... single time) and it?s a gamble each day if we?re allowed to order at the counter or if we?ll get snapped at for stepping footinside the door. Also, barricading the doors with the to-go tables was an all-time low?just say if you hate your customers, forgoodness sake. Don't come here very often as we drink coffee at home. But when we have been here the service is always great and the staff is... always helpful and friendly. It's a warm and inviting place to go if you want to just hang out, read the paper before going onwith your day. The Coffee selections are fantastic. Read more
