Reviews for Domino's Pizza in Mound, MN
Paid online, then waited more than 10 minutes at pickup window for a pizza that was supposed to be done already. 2 workers... looked right at me and then ignored me, never came to the window, and never texted or called that the pizza was done. Went innext day to politely ask for a refund. The 'manager' refused to refund and offered no apology or explanation for zero service. Net result from this Dominos? They took my money, wasted my time, and then shrugged their shoulders. Please don't reward thistotal incompetence with your business, especially when much better local alternatives exist. Read more

Best pizza ever! And finally a place that knows how to bake a gluten free crust!
Pizza was ready super fast. Awesome. Workers were stoned out of their minds when I went to pick up my pizza. They also only put... toppings on some of the slices and the garlic/butter crust was on maybe 3 of the 8 slices. Pretty mediocre overall. Idk. Notmad, just wished/expected better. Read more

I lowered the rating due to the most recent experience I had here, it has been a decent place up until about 2 months ago. I... ordered three medium pizzas and one of their dessert cookie brownie pizzas for a small party we had that day, all in all it cameto $25 and some change. Later that evening I went grocery shopping and my card was declined due to insufficient funds, I thoughtthat off since I had just checked my account earlier that day, so I go to check again and come to find that dominos charged me atotal of 26 times for the $25 worth of pizza, drained my bank account by $650. When I called the store to complain, I wasbrushed of by one of the employees and one of the managers as they both said in quote "Well, if the money isn't back in youraccount by tomorrow give us a call back." So you can what? Wave your magic wand and do squat? And when I asked why the money wastaken out in the first place nobody had an answer or even an apology, no offers of making it right. If my brother hadn't beenwith me when my card was declined I wouldn't have been able to get groceries for my family, and the fact that they neverbothered to follow up to see if the issue was fixed (Thankfully it was thanks to my bank) is inexcusable. We have not been backsince. Read more
