So freaking unprofessional people here . Had to wait for 30 mins till they prepare online order . In person people should get... priority I think. We asked Turkey and she added HAM without even asking if we want that or not . So f..ed up here I wish I couldgive-ve stars. Read more

I have tried to place an order online for delivery twice with no success! As soon as it is placed and payment is pulled from my... account, the order is cancelled immediately and I have to wait for a refund!! So now I have to go elsewhere to pay for lunch asecond time in the day. I called to make sure the order had been cancelled and asked why, they said because there is no one todeliver. How would they know that after less than one second that the order gets placed??? Very frustrating. Read more

You know what you are going to get when you go to subway. I wouldn't recommend the drive through at this location. My sandwich... came missing 4 types of veggies and no mayo and I can't be bothered to go back. I just ate my meat cheese and lettuce sandwichwhile I wrote this review and I need to get back to work. Who I?m assuming was the manager was disrespectful as can be. I go to the drive through, as the front is closed. I ordered... online, waited in the drive thru, it was obvious nobody was coming, so I called them. Manager was rude on the phone, ?Yeah thelobby is closed as it obviously says on the door.? Well, maybe work your drive thru then. Maybe do your job. Comes out to giveme my sandwich, I say, I think I ordered chips. She rudely says ?they?re in the bag.? Horribly rude. Disgusting. Don?t know whather problem was. Don?t go here, if you want to be treated like trash, especially if you?re a frontline worker, no respect as ahealthcare worker and a human being in general. This is one of the best Subways around. The employees truly live up to the name, "sandwich artist." They're always happy to help... with a recommendation or an explanation of a new sandwich. Ingredients are always fresh. Tables are always clean. And nobodyever bothers you about not wearing a mask. Much better than the one on Silver Lake Rd. Read more

Walked In to get a Subway after I just got done using the gym. 1st thing she says to me. sir do you have a mask! I say no I... have a medical condition! she says you have to use the drive-thru I say OK that's cool. I go out to use the drive-thru mysandwich is not even on their. How can you ask me to use the drive-thru if you don't even have the sandwich I'm looking for onthere, and I have to pay for it right there on the spot I can't even talk to the teller to have her build me my sandwich. That'sOK I will just go to another Subway and you will lose my sail just like many other people you will lose. It would be one thingif all of you Subway owners were on the same page but your not, some of you request we wear masks, some of you leave us alone.I will just go to the ones that leave us alone and don't require us to wear masks.
