Would give a zero. We got there it took 15 minutes to get our drinks ordered and an additional hour waiting to get food. Went to... ask where our food was as other people around us who came in 30 mins later got theirs and they said it was on trays gettingready to come out waited another 39 mins food still wasn?t out. It was a Thursday and very busy. Server, Rachel was great! Ordered pretzel bites and 3 orders of wings. Waited for an hour for... wings then when we got them they were cold and small chunks that looked like they were split in ½. I go to this locationfairley often but this experience was by far the absolute worst. Complained to the manager and gave $10 off my bill. It will bea while before I go back! Read more
I dread going in here. Service is very slow. Loud, overstimulating atmosphere (to be fair- yes- I know it's a sports bar) but... when an employee presses on the DoorDash tablet that an order is ready to be picked up it is reasonable to assume you won't besitting in there for 20 minutes waiting. I ordered a couple times personally and the food was almost inedible. Soggy tortillachips with congealed cheese. Did not include the correct sides. Sometimes absolutely no one greets you at the host stand. Ratherthan utilizing the pick up shelf they will hold the orders hostage beyond the employee/customer border and you'll have to standthere until someone decides to acknowledge you. One time I was picking up for two separate customer's. I was presented one forCustomer A- employee insists that it was actually for Customer B and changes the label. The way they were labeled originally wasactually correct and she went out of her way to screw both of them up. I will say my vehicle's battery died once. The host cameout without hesitation to offer her car for my jump pack (she knew of my issue because I had to return the DoorDash food whichis against health code but oh well- neither of us get paid enough to argue with the outsourced DoorDash employee on the phoneinsisting I return it.) When we realized we needed actual jumper cables she found a cook with a set of cables to come out andassist me. The manager came out and was being rude to her demanding she come back inside. Forgot my fries, food was cold. The order was done before the estimated time given, arrived 10 min early for pick up and bag... was already sitting out ready to go which probably explains why the food was cold. Not a good meal. This was by far the worst location I've ever visited. My husband and I went in the other evening, was told to sit where ever... we liked in the bar area. We found a place in view of the actual bar and sat down. It took almost 15 min. Before any even cameover with a menu and asked what drinks we wanted. The place was basically empty and 4 of the employees was just standing behindthe bar talking. They kept looking our direction whispering very noticeably. We decided to just get our food to go we was souncomfortable. They was out of half the stuff that came with the sampler and just added more messy nachos to it. Food qualitywas low service was aweful. Would give zero stars if it let me Haven?t been to one of your restaurants for years, won?t be back. Stopped in for dinner... (6:10pm) after not eating all day and right before our 3 hour trip home. Ordered an app and drinks, took an excessive amount oftime but they had a large party, so we understood. Took an excessive amount of time to get our dinners as well. My spouse hadordered boneless wings and I ordered a wedge salad with the sauce and dressing on the side. My spouses meal was as he ordered(not received until 7pm), mine came with the dressing and sauce on the salad so I sent it back. 7:20pm still no salad. I thenasked to see a manager, he attempted to make an excuse regarding the larger party, but I was already there for over an hour, myspouse was now done eating and it shouldn?t have taken another p20 more minutes to prepare a salad. I asked for the salad to beremoved from the check, I no longer wanted it. The manager apologized and removed the salad but made no other effort tocompensate for the issues. Really glad I ordered a regular soda, as I?m diabetic, with no meal at least I had sugar in thebeverage. The food was good. Love their orange chicken. They got my order wrong the first time and had to wait quite a while since it was... busy with only 2 waitresses. If you're in the mood for good wings though it's the place to go. Great selection of sauces. Read more
The food took took long and came out cold and sloppy on the plate. The waitress padded my account. She fixed it when I pointed... it out. The floors were dirty. If I could give zero stars I would. Read more
