I've lived across the United States in about 10 different states and I always get a coffee from McDonald's in the morning if... it's close. Sometimes I accidentally order the wrong coffee and this morning they gave me the coffee I meant to order withoutquestion. This place is always packed inside and out in the morning and they still keep the line moving at a decent pace. Kudosto the morning crew, you guys deserve a raise. Food doesn't seem worth the cost. Example I ordered a spite and it didn't taste well with the mixture and they put to much ice... in the cup to save on product I think. The food is just not the same with quality. Your better off going somewhere else. Read more
Ordered from the kiosk for two, while my parents got in line to order. Went to the table waiting for our food to be brought out... but it never came. My parents were nearly done with their food when I finally went to ask about my order. It was sitting on atray behind the counter while a group of employees were busy chatting by the drive thru window. McRibs we're cold and had ZERObarbecue sauce. I've had similar experiences here and will not return again. Y'all have a 3.5 star rating which means you're allterrible at your job. ???? Read more
The people who are actually working there are good people for the most part. The main problem is people don't want to get a job.... Several people who work there. Know exactly what I come in for every day. The older workers are very good. The only complaintis that they are horribly understaffed. I've seen times where only 2 or 3 people were running the restaurant. Those few need apat on the back. Several of the younger people who work there are good people too. Read more
The service was fast and the food was good. BUT as I and 2 other people had gone in to use the ladies room and there was a sight... we never imagined we'd ever see. Totally grossed out and disgusted that that would happen in a restaurants restroom but I guessanything can happen anywhere. I definitely won't be using those facilities EVER again Read more
The food was good but the service was not up to its usual standard. We ordered at 4:07pm and didn't get our food til almost... 4:30. That's ridiculous for a drive- thru. They gave us our drinks, me a mocha frappe, and my friend iced tea for herself andtwo waters for her dogs. However, the food portion of the meal was not ready so they asked us to pull up and we did and satthere for several minutes. Finally the my friend went into the McDonald's to see what the hold-up was. Of course the personbringing the food came out shortly thereafter. No sorry for the delay or an explaination. I know it was a busy time butsomething was off. I also want to say that this, I hope, was anomaly as this is usually one of the best McDonald's for serviceI've ever been too. Read more
This was the slowest McD I have been to. However the food was good. The best part of this awesome interactive table that we sat... at. This is one of the few fast food restaurants in town so it is pretty busy. It was fairly clean. No one ever gave us ourdrink glasses and we seen everyone pulling their own so we did the same. McDonald's food has gone down hill over the years. Sandwiches and portions have gotten smaller and smaller over the years. Kids... love it, but hey if your under 40 maybe you will to. Read more
