I would avoid the Moundsville Wendy's. The food is always lukewarm and dried out as if it's been sitting in the cabinet all day.... Chili is cold and sandwiches are assembled inconsistently. Always forgetting to give straws, spoons, and napkins. They alwayshave inventory issues- regularly out of meat, chicken, cheese, and cups- essential ingredients for the majority of their menuitems. Things are constantly made wrong and there's always someone complaining that they received the incorrect order.Constantly forgetting drinks on DoorDash orders. They will lock the lobby doors unreasonably early and then when you go throughthe drive thru tell you that you need to come in for delivery orders... When you cannot physically get inside. Expect to wait aminimum of 10 minutes if you are picking up Doordash or Uber Eats orders. They will tell you to pull up when you're the onlyperson in the drive thru and no one is behind you. Sometimes they will utilize the pickup rack- sometimes they won't. They willneglect to give you a drink carrier for 3-6 drinks and just stare at you as you're trying to hold everything in preparation totake it outside. They have big "to go" bags but most often they will opt to lay 7 individual bags on the counter with loose milkand apple juice.. not even offering to help or ask if you'd like a bigger bag. Quite frequently at night they will claim theinternet is not working so they can't make any food. When you are delivering this is a pita as Wendy's has already been paid forthe food online- they could easily theoretically ask what the customer ordered, write it down, and then prepare it rather thanjust refusing to make it. There are nights they are "understaffed" as one guy is trying his best doing every single job forpresumably one salary while there will be a literal child in the lobby working mopping the floor instead of helping. Visited 6/22 I am new at using the app Nobody in the drive-through or general manager couldnt help me. A long wait in the... drive-through 45 minutes. When I got to the window i told general manager I will just pay full price he specifically told me itwas a problem I was holding up the line. Chicken nuggets were cold nuggets were cold and real hard looks like French fries werechopped up there was fries chopped in pieces. Order wasn't how we ordered it. I called and spoke to him regarding my order andfries all chopped up! He was very mean and sarcastic he said that is how I give them to my customers. I said Why would you dothat with my order is it cause i held up your line! I told him my food was cold he said that's how he does it to his customers!He was raising his voice to ne and didnt let me finish talking. I said im calling cooporate office on you. My order wasentedible a waste if money my Husband I or my Pops didnt get lunch I said you are not management material whatsoever you are theworst Wendy's employee and Manager I've ever went to. against better judgement, I went late at night and had wanted to try their Barbecue Chicken Sandwich and not only was the... chicken cold it was tough and definitely NOT "made to order" it was held for far too long. Same sandwich, I had ordered NOcrispy onions and they put them on it. ???? I expected it to come with muenster cheese but maybe they didnt feel like getting itor forgot the cheese for that sandwich build but either way, they put American on it to cut an unnecessary corner in theirevening. Fries were made to order, hot too! Just watched them drop them and use tongs to put then into my fry carton BUT withoutsalt, and a size large not even half full. ???? I almost always get a Son of a Baconator with just bacon and cheese and I always have to check to make sure there is nothing... else on the burger, before I leave the window. This Wendy's is notorious for adding ingredients that I will not eat. This pasttime, they were able to get my order right though and it always makes me happy when I don't have to seem as an inconvenience forbeing a picky eater and only eating certain things. Read more
