Of all the newer Chick-fil-A restaurants I have been to, this one by far was the smoothest run one. It seems like the staff was... trained well, which really helped! Now that it's been open for a while now, they are like clockwork and get you in and outquick. Even when my kids say oh no the line is too long, we're still out in under 10 minutes! Read more
Not sure what is going on at this location. My wife and kids went here and ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. The wife grilled... chicken had an odd flavor and she did not felt good after she ate the sandwich. For the kids they had the regular chickensandwich. First of all the kids order came out incorrect, no cheese, but they were in a hurry and just ate it. Soon after myoldest was almost done eating he vomited in the parking. When my wife verified his sandwich it was uncooked, same with the othersandwich that the other kid was eating. Chicken was gooey and smell funny. You know kids theses day when they are hungry theydon't even pay attention and just devour their food. REGULAR CUSTOMER AND I AM NOT RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. IT IS UNSAFE TOEAT RAW CHICKEN. Service was fantastic and the food was fresh and hot. Got a chicken sandwich breakfast meal (combo #1) in the drive thru.... Everyone was accommodating to my Harley dog who was barking to guard my car. Seemed like there was room for greatercollaboration among the drive thru staff. This is my fourth time going through the drive-through and each time has been amazing. For them to be new they?re moving fast... I?m so happy that they finally put Chick-fil-A in mount airy a plus to the town.
