Second time we have been in about a month and the online order we placed was not prepared for the pick up time. Each time it... was 20+ beyond the pick up time selected online. They are also not putting orders on the "pick up" shelf. This means allonline order pick ups must contend with the normal line to ask if order is ready. I could have gone thru the line 3 full timesbeyond the time of my online pick up and had my food faster. Read more

I guess covid got the best of this chain. Always understaffed and dirty dining rooms. Seems to be not just one location. Food is... just ok since it always looks like it has been sitting there a while. I keep going back because I really want to like it. I hopethings change for them. Read more

My blood pressure goes through the roof every time I step foot in this particular Chipotle. The worst part is the employees seem... just as frustrated as the customers. Take some notes from Chick Fil - A down the street?. Get out of your current lease, get abigger kitchen, figure out how to manage online orders and walk in customers. This particular Chipotle can?t handle a dinnerrush. If you?re out of ingredients put a sign up near the front so people don?t wait 30 minutes to find out they can?t get whatthey came in for. It?s frustrating? I?ve had this happen many times at this location. The inconsistency of the taste of the foodat this location is odd to me as well. Sometimes it?s really good and other times it?s almost inedible. If I were the owner ofthis location I would shut down and come up with a game plan to fix these issues. Read more

The staff here is top notch. The person who took the order was very friendly, and I didn?t know how to use my app to redeem my... rewards, the cashier calmly walked me through the process. They made my day! Read more

This location has really gone downhill. They used to be good, so we kept giving them chances. No more. Today was one in many... orders the last year that were no good. Fajita veggies were burnt, like they scraped the grill. Picked out so many pieces ofhard charcoal. Threw out. Be careful if you have food allergies/sensitivities. Specify NO CHEESE or SOUR CREAM and it's likelyyou will still get some in your order. And half the time anymore they don't even have guacamole. Read more

Whoever was working online orders 9/22 around 3pm, I love you and I hope your pillow stays cold at all times. My burrito weighed... nearly 5lb. It?s lasted me 3 meals so far and I still have more left. Blessed up fr. Read more

They?re not even trying anymore. I ordered ahead, and the place was empty when I got there. Not busy like last time, so I... expected the right order, unlike last time. Nope. Order was wrong and the guacamole was just a couple of half avocados thrown inwith maybe two pieces of onion. That?s it. I?m done with this location. Congrats on messing up guacamole, guys.
