I ordered the shrimp avocado BLT and they didn't include any bacon - one of the most important ingredients. They also outright... ask you for a tip when you're checking out, which makes you feel obligated to give one even for a carryout order. Edit on9/24/22: Concetta's takes customer satisfaction seriously! After posting my review, the owner offered a free sandwich on them,which I went it for today. They happily made me another sandwich free of charge and it had all the right fixings. It wasdelicious, too! Read more

I do love Concetta?s normally. I have dined in and I have picked up my meal and enjoyed at home. The food is delicious. The... staff friendly, but a great restaurant needs to be gracious and organized even if they are busy. I just wanted to complainabout one negative aspect of my experience here. I called to give a take out order and I was put on hold which means puttingthe phone down so I heard all the orders and friendly conversation but I had been told to wait which I did but then after 10minutes of waiting I was hung on. I immediately called back to give it a try because we really wanted to eat some deliciousfood but again the same thing happened. I was put on hold and then hung up on. I enjoy Concetta?s. I am local and I want tosupport local but now I will thinks twice about going here. It is unprofessional to hang up on a loyal customer. I wouldrather the owner or worker tell we are so busy that I can?t take take out orders or you need to come in today and order. I amhappy Concetta?s is busy but the individual who answered the phone needs to be more professional and honest about calling in forCarryout if the restaurant is busy. Read more
Concetta?s catered our Linganore Boys Cross Country banquet and they did a fantastic job! Jeff and Sandy delivered the food, set... up everything, brought a Cambro to keep all the extra food hot and even helped us set up tables and chairs! They went above andbeyond! The food was reasonably priced and so delicious, most people had seconds and we had tons leftover. Highly recommendthem! Read more
