Very nice relaxed sushi place. Attentive staff. Quiet. Had the sushi and sashimi lunch. Fish was fresh, was NOT slimy or... smelly. Like other reviews have stated, this place is always good! You really cannot get better service and the sushi is awesome! Try... their cocktails, rolls, apps, etc. because everything is really tasty! ***Caveat, everything but their desserts, those are allfreezer burned and hard as a rock lol! Read more
This place is amazing! The food was very good. I had the dinner box combo that comes with your choice of entree, California roll... (6 pieces), assorted tempura, fried rice, and shumai. The dinner box also comes with a salad and miso soup. I liked everything Igot! My husband got the house teriyaki and he really enjoyed that. The food and drink flavors were good. The service is reallygood. We had multiple servers checking on us, which could get messy, but they did the process well. It is definitely somethingworth trying and I know we will be back. Read more
I wish there were more sushi options in Mount Airy. I have ordered from this place many times just because this is basically the... only sushi place in town. Their sushi rolls are ok. Today I got a rainbow roll which is supposed to have eel and cucumberinside. Well, it?s like 3/4 of the cucumber and 1/4 of eel. Read more
My favorite local place in Mount airy to go for some sushi. They have friendly staff that stand right beside you and watch you... eat. Sometimes if you're lucky enough, you will get seated in crowded areas! They also have a tuna squirrel roll special. Therestaurant has a nice traditional atmosphere. The soda usually tastes old and flat but the food is great if you enjoy sushi. Read more
