I am a driver and kindly asked if i can order through the window because my truck will not fit through the drive through. They... refused me and my gf service, even not allowing us as customers inside the restuarant, as well as by the window. They sounded asif they had no clue to having a valid reason. The manager should have not been hired that position because she carried out thissituation horribly. She is a disrespectful elderly lady and should learn and make sure customers feel welcome when there arepaying for what they eat. Read more
You don't want to go here unless you are willing to wait in line for 25-30 minutes (not exaggerated) and use 5$ in gas just... waiting. Stay clear. It's likely understaffed to save corporate hours and probably not paying the workers good. All I wanted todo is get my kids a ice cream. Now it's passed there bed time and they can't have it. Today is July first ,15:30 ? A middle-aged lady with short hair is in charge of the dining hall. Her name is John ....I don't... know why, but she always looks unhappy. I was the only one in the hall, but she kept me waiting for five minutes before takingmy order. This is the worst staff I've ever seen in America or the world. Is your company behind on her salary? I will come hereagain and if she is still unprofessional next time, I will continue to complain to her in other ways! It was okay. My burger had way too much sauce in it. The condiments were empty and non functional in some cases. Soda... fountains needed a good wipe down. Tables were fairly clean. Fries had a ton of salt in them. The staff was having a good timelaughing and playing around when they should have been paying more attention to the various parts of the store that weredesperate for attention. I didn't drink the iced tea but I did see two different customers take a sip and then dump it out.This place needs some leadership help. Read more
Horrible and ridiculous that they would even give people food like this .. it's a shame that Mount airy seems to have the worst... fast food and this is the only 24 hour place here and it sucked . I never eat fast food either but sometimes I get a craving forthier cheeseburger or fries and just so dissappointed that cannot get decent food here. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and afry , a small shake for my son and husband got the ice cream cone . Get home after waiting a good 20 minutes for the food insideand thier registers were down and cash only which seems to be everytime I've gone there at night which is maybe two times a yearbut to wait that long and it was so dead and they give me the worst quality burgers there is no excuse but laziness. The burgerswere so dried out bread was hard as a rock and had one pickle on mine and virtually no ketchup , no mustard and no onions samefor the second one except had two pickles . Read more
Well, just had a pretty bad experience with dine in. There was no one in line but still no one took my order for at least 5... minutes and when the manager came over it was clear I was a big inconvenience to her. The food was bad. My kids didn't liketheir happy meals. The nuggets were dry and crunchy. I got a chicken sandwich that was also dry and bad tasting. The bathroomwas out of toilet paper. My kids played on the play equipment and had fun, so that was positive. I probably won't come backhere. The Woodbine location has been much better to me. Read more
