Want the best sit down dining experience? Here it is. We went there to quietly celebrate a birthday. Our waiter, Charles, was... exceptional. Very attentive to details, made my son feel like he was the most important person at the table, and top notch inall respects. Service was very quick. Salads first, main dishes just as we were finishing the salads. Prices are what onewould expect for a nice place with great food. Definitely recommend. Read more

This place is a hidden gem! Service was great, both of our sandwiches came out piping hot along with fries. ( Most places... haven't figured out how to do that). I thank you for that. My oyster sandwich had plenty of oysters and cooked perfectly. Myhusband got the Reuben and oh my, you can't go wrong on either of them. We will be back. Read more

Owner and staff are friendly and accommodating. The menu has something for everyone's taste buds. My gf, daughter and I got the... flat bread bruschetta, buffalo chicken wrap and fries, Margherita pizza and chicken pot pie. Plenty of food to go around and allthe meals tasted great. Big on flavor and big portions. Definitely worth it. Go by and check them out. They serve breakfastall day. Read more

Great food and too many wonderful things to try! Settled on wood-fired pizza and it was fantastic. Big selection of local craft... beers and IPA's. Sorry no pics of food, was very hungry and I had to dig in, even though it was scorching hot, it was well worthit! Read more

Finally! I moved to MD in October and haven’t found a lot of places that I can order crab because I have celiac disease. This... place not only has a GF menu, but they GF crab options! I got the Chesapeake omelet and there was an ample amount of jumbo lumpcrab. It was great! The sauce that came with it was delicious and I ordered extra. This place is a quaint little diner, nothingfancy. Service was great— and that’s coming from someone who needs to ask a bunch of annoying questions about theingredients. The staff was helpful and gracious, never made me feel like I was bothering them. If I could offer suggestions forimprovement, it would be to ditch the plastic ramekins for reusable ones. Maybe also have old bay on the table? I don’t knowif that’s a thing around here. And bonus— just because they were so great, I started asking more questions. Their Wednesdayprime rib is GF! I will definitely be back. Read more

Friendly staff. Inviting decor. Good apps. Bad entrees. The calamari was a hit. The wings were a little undercooked and the... celery was brown. Bruschetta tomatos were not quite ripe. But not bad. The entrees were bad. No one had more than a bite or2. My grilled chicken sandwich being the worst offender. The tomato was thicker than the chicken. I really don't know what theywere going for there. 2 bites and I gave up. Too bad... We were planning our next visit after looking at the menu.Unfortunately the food cured that desire. "Where's the Chicken?" Read more

Mount airy inn is hands down my favorite breakfast/ brunch spot. I have been coming here for years and have a tradition of going... to Mt Airy Inn for breakfast on my birthday. I love that the food is always consistently good. My go to is the crab ChesapeakeBenedict (best hollandaise sauce IMO) and my boyfriend always gets G’s perfect breakfast. Breakfast potatoes are also amazing. This place is a gem. Read more
