Worst ever I remember why I never order from this one. I placed an order it came 1 hr late( which is usual for this one) When I... came I had missing items. I called the store the lady informs me that she just called me to let me know that the driver forgotthe soda for the order And was on his way back she asked me if I would like a credit or if I would like the soda. I told her Iwould probably not be ordering from here because I typically don?t because of the long hours of delivery so I would like mysoda. Never receive my soda tried to call the store no pick up so hopefully tomorrow morning I can call and get with a managerto at least get my money back this is a shame I pay a lot of money for this and had to drink juice and water. Yes, they're busy. Yes, the time to pick up your order takes too long some times, especially weekend nights. Yes, they make... mistakes because they're so busy. But here's the deal: The food is good. The price is right. The people are friendly, even ifthey seem to be frustrated and tired. You want gourmet pizza? Go to the city and pay out the nose for it. You want a goodreplacement for those nights when you're too busy to make dinner? Order from here, but order ahead and be patient. Tried the new jalapeño popper rolls and they were horrible. Overcooked with no cheese in them whatsoever.
This is our second time ordering from this location and the last time. the first time they left the circle pizza rack in the... box, so i returned it to them when they delivered this time. This time it took an hour and 10 minutes for delivery when thewebsite said 35-45 min. i was ok with that, i understand places can get busy. when they delivered the order of 4 pizzas and 2bread sticks they were missing one pizza. I didn?t realize it until i got into the house with them. I immediately called andthey said they would bring another one out. When they arrived 30 min later with the missing pizza, instead of saying ?sorry wemissed it? they said ?I read you your receipt didn?t I?? I wasn?t trying to steal a pizza pappa john?s, i just wanted the fullorder that was almost $70. Will not return. Read more
This franchise offers some of the worst customer service in town. The store cancelled the wrong online order (ours) and when we... called to correct their mistake they refused. Stay classy Papa John's... you won't be earning our business again. Read more
I don't know if the location needs more staff or more room to be able to handle the demand, but plan your order ahead if you... want to eat at a reasonable time. They routinely have a 90-120 minute wait for CARRYOUT after 5pm. You're better off going toSafeway and buying the ingredients to make your own. Read more
The people that work at this location are incredibly friendly and make a heck of a good pizza! The manager waited on me and had... a very professional attitude! I recommend Mt. Airy Papa Johns! Read more
