Horrible coffee tonight from this location . Barely any sugar in both coffees and they were both burnt. I?ve been here at least... 3 times in a month and the coffee has been burnt every time , even when adding sugar it still isn?t drinkable . Won?t be back ! By far the worst Tim's I have ever used. This place constantly is gearing your visit for disappointment. In just one month, I... have had 5 breakfasts done incorrectly, walked out of line 3 times because they are way too slow, their staff just do notcare. No one knew what they sold. One customer infront of us and we stood waiting for close to 10 minutes. She asked for decaf. They... didn't sell it. Very small selection of baked goods. But what we did get was delicious. Read more
I made a visit to this location, my first trip to a Tim's in over a year. I ordered 2 medium cups of coffee. They were both... wrong and I didn't realize until I was on a job site out of town. The timbits order was correct and service time was acceptable. Read more

Extremely unprofessional answering the drive-thru "hi there" or "what can I get you" and then just barking a total without any... confirmation you're done ordering. 50/50 shot your order will be correct, and they always run out of product (this wasespecially frustrating when they ran out of smile cookies half way through the day when it supports a charitable cause).
