My husband and I were in Mt. Carmel for a doctors visit and decided to stop and get a bite to eat. I hate writing bad reviews,... but my fish fillet sandwich was almost inedible. We were already on our way home and we?re out of town so I did the best I couldwith it. The bun was very difficult to chew, and seemed like it was very old or left out. The fish check up half the size of abun, but what made it very amusing at first was that the half a piece of cheese, was hanging completely out of the bun only holdon by a corner. The fries were also very old. This was in the middle of the day so these things should not have happened. Verydisappointed. Read more
Wow...The weekend crew dropped the ball Saturday afternoon. No one took the order for a long while.....with no other cars... waiting. 3 crew members hanging out smoking outside the backdoor.....I pay their prices for convenience. Getting ready to movethis location off my list....so very sad Read more
Our fries and McNuggets were cold and clearly older than they should have been. When we asked the manager, Jesi, for some that... were fresher, he didn't hesitate. He dropped them fresh. For whatever reason, the food may have originally been less thandesirable, especially by McDonald's Corporate standards, but his customer service was on point and that earns them 4 stars fromme. As with practically every McDonald's, I recommend checking your bag to ensure that you got the right order and fresh food. Read more

No outdoor seating, no shade - Last remaining outdoor furniture disappeared at last remodel and never replaced. Sole outdoor... space not given over to cars is now just a sad barren patch of grass and oddly shaped slab. Between that, slow service, and thenationally shrinking menu, better to stay local at Famous J's or Taco Tierra. Read more
Ordered 3 meals only got 2 and the drink of the 3rd meal. While standing there waiting for the rest , 4 other customers orders... were messed up or lost. Not good service but the Mgr was very good at fixing all the mistakes that were being made. But theemployees diffently need better or more training.dont think I would come back here.. Read more
We meet friends there and visit! Have dinner there after I get off work! I usually get the Buttermilk Crispy Chicken sandwich... and my husband gets chicken McNuggets! We like both of those! They have the best Diet Coke's ever! I love them! Read more
Ordered at kiosk but counter person had no idea how that worked and had to enter the order again off of the kiosk receipt. So... no points for using the app. The order has been in for 20 minutes (with 3 other customers in the store) and still waiting ondrinks. Just very frustrating. Read more
