I thought I had gotten lucky when I arrived at lunchtime and nobody was in line at the drive-through. I soon realized that it... wasn't luck at all but rather horribly incompetent and rude people working the drive-through. They cut me off part way throughmy order, so I left and went to popeye's because, based on the attitude I was getting, who knows what they would have done tomy food. Read more
Waited for 20 minutes for service. Left without anyone acknowledging my presence. I understand good help is hard to find and... there's low Staffing but that was ridiculous. I saw three different employees walk right by without saying a word. Read more
Came here Tuesday at lunchtime and used their drive thru window . Asked for the 8 piece meal with original batter , mashed... potatoes with gravy and Cole slaw . Was told a 10 minute wait for original chicken . We pulled ahead and waited about 10 minutesand they brought it out to our car . The Chicken was nice and hot with some nice pieces in the bucket , the two sides and thebiscuits were good also . Overall a good experience . Read more

If I could have gave them negative Stars I would of. Went through the drive-thru sat in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes before... they even took the one person ahead of us our order was supposed to be ready at 7:16 we didn't even get it until like 7:45 wrongdrinks ask for strawberry lemonade got regular lemonade with no ice they gave us no sauce for any of our chicken tenders thefries were only a couple fries in there like a handful. The food was just thrown in the bags went to grab the one box meal outfood fell out all over my lap in the truck. If it wouldn't take so long I would have went back through and got my money back butI probably would have waited for another hour worst experience here ever you guys need to step your game up please and thankyou. Ordered our food, and they were out of the chicken sandwich. And fries. And Cole slaw. So I got a thing of chicken tenders. They... didn't give me sauce and the tenders looked like this, and weren't cooked all the way through. Not worth the time or effort todrive there. The time I went there were 2 girls on the front counter flirting with the guys in the dining room and it looks like they were... giving them free food. The lady before me said she was waiting for 30 minutes. When I ordered 2 girls were sitting in the diningroom and the manager asked them more then once to help with an order but they just sat there and did nothing. There was someonewho came in after me and said she was Door dash and the girl came up to the register and the poor girl thought she was takingher order when she ignored her and clocked out. She also sat in the dining room and didn't help out the manager. Plus theydidn't bother to put a sign to let people know that the drive thru speaker wasn't working. Just thought of something.
