I ordered online and selected the garlic butter crust because, because my fiancé cannot eat sesame seeds. It shows it on my... receipt, garlic butter crust. You would think I wouldn?t get any sesame seeds because I selected a different crust option right?Wrong. These idiots put sesame seeds on my crust and then tried to justify it. Last time I ordered there they completely messedup my order and I had to drive 20 minutes back to get the correct pizza. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. Read more
I ordered a pizza from Sam Sorrento's in Mt Clemens MI for lunch. Because the place I usually order from wasn't open yet. It... was over cooked, doughy, and you couldn't taste the sauce if there was any. We were very disappointed!! For one if you order pick up. You better get there early because you are going to be in line in the Drive-Thru. Which if this is... your first time ordering they will not tell you that you will be waiting inline in the Drive-Thru. If there are people in frontof you it will take time 10 minutes per two people in front of you. Then after you receive your order please make sure to checkit because I've ordered from their two times in the last 2 weeks and they forgot something each time. They forgot my fries. Somy I had to wait 10 minutes while all my food was getting cold to wait for my fries. Then when I got home I realized they forgotmy bread for my spaghetti even though I upgraded and paid extra money to receive garlic flavored. This was the worst experienceI ever had with a pizzeria. I am so disappointed in this place. I liked and enjoyed all the other Sorrento's I've been to exceptfor this one in Mount Clemens. I am not happy and after all that that went wrong I'm going to get $5 off my bill and I don'teven think I'm going to use it because I probably will never go back. Read more
Came highly recommend but really disappointed. The pizza, parts of it had no cheese, the end pieces were all bread no sauce,... almost no toppings and it was WAY smaller than what i figured a $20 large pizza would be. The salad we ordered had the but endsof the lettuce thrown in there. This just wasn?t what I expected for a $26 meal. Read more
Ok....honestly, I would have given 5 stars instead of 4. But, one of the pizzas I ordered was a pepperoni and cheese. Now, in... all fairness...the pizza tastes wonderful. But that one pizza...all the pepperoni seemed to be all on one side leaving like 4pepperoni on 1/2 of it...while the other side had it all. My son loves the vegetarian, my husband loves either meat lover's orthe classic supreme. My daughter hates pizza....seriously?! Who hates pizza?? Lucky for her they have beer battered shrimp. Hugewin win for everyone!! Now, if you really want to taste something amazing??? I highly recommend the Greek pizza. O M G it's todie for!! The service was excellent. They were very busy at the time I went, but well worth the extra minutes for a slice ofheaven. Update a day later....do you know what excellent customer service is? The owner called me after seeing my review tohopefully get to the bottom of why my one pizza was messed up. Sometime after it came out of the oven, it got tilted somewhereand with the cheese still hot and the pepperoni slid. Remember, the pizza was still wonderful and we are for sure returningcustomers. But it really means a lot that the owner called to apologize. NOW THAT'S OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Seepeople....you really need to go. This is the best pizza in the area next to The Engine house. The dining room is nice but a little small which is ok being that... most people dont order to eat here. It is very popular and they do deliver. The staff is made up mostly of teenagers and they'renot bad. I've never seen one on the phone and they're usually pretty attentive. They have a restroom for pay customers but I'veonly been in there 1 time and dont remember it so it couldn't have been too bad. Over all I give the cleanliness a 8 out of 10.The time to make the pizza is good. The quality is good as well. Yes, even for teenagers. I've worked in a few pizza chains andhave been a shift leader in one and I would be happy with this store if they were under my belt. The prices are a little highbut so is the quality. Read more
Drive thru is super convenient and they always have slices ready to go. I love the meatball sub here
