I had a horrible experience at Starbucks on Masonic and Gratiot in Roseville. Very poor service. I was charged twice for a... order. I spoke with the manager on two different occasions. He was very rude and unhelpful. I called again to resolve this issueand he left me on hold for 30 minutes. When I tried to call back he took the phone off the hook. Unbelievable!! How did this place convince people that burnt overpriced coffee is good coffee? It's a great marketing scheme: convince people... you've been doing it wrong for hundreds of years, burn the beans, (which decreases caffeine content), then when your first cupwears off way too quickly, you head here for a pick me up because they're the closest, (even though they're also the mostexpensive)... Then offer high calorie non coffee stuff because the last cup of coffee you had was awful and didn't give you anyenergy, and since you're still so close to one, you keep coming back. Rinse and repeat... and on top of all of that, the onesin Target all smell like someone burned a tuna salad sandwich. Read more
What can i say but wow. I ordered my drinks and when i got to the window they were having a problem with there computers so... they gave me my drinks for free. With as much as i come to starbucks i was really surprised. They are always really nice andtry their hardest . Read more
Great , fast , friendly & efficient service. Usually wait longer for beverages at other locations I have visited. The young man... whom took put order , was helpful and friendly, and gave suggestions as well. He handed me my change and the drinks werecompleted by the young lady simultaneously . My order is always correct and the employees are friendly. The only downside is the line. It's really hit or miss; either you're... the only one in line and you get your order in record time, or the line is 10 long and it takes 15-20 minutes to get a drink. Itis what it is and I'm just happy I can get my fancy drinks while staying in the Target Vortex. Double win! Read more
