Hopefully the owner will actually see this and care. I don?t want anything in return besides someone to be aware of what?s going... on, or teach your employees about cross contaminating food with CLEANER or any sort of CHEMICAL because that is literally whatall of our food tastes like?..I?ve ordered from the same location for a long time and actually never have had any issues. Thekicker is when I call the store to just try and tell the woman (who didn?t even give me her name) that she should probably checkon whatever could have done that to prevent it from happening again, and told me to contact door dash like it was the driversfault? I?ve been in the food industry business for 6 years and was just trying to help a girl out because cross contaminationcan be serious?.again I don?t want anything besides you to educate your workers. Drive through only most days, they consistently lock the dining room door and their reasoning when asked is "due to being short... staffed." Otherwise, staff is fairly friendly. They mess your order 1/4 of the time which is on par with any other fast foodplace. I usually spend ten minutes on average in the drive through line on average when I come here. Read more
I was there at a busy time to pick up a door dash order. Terese was so upbeat and cheerful. She knows how to keep that line... going. If the food is as good as she is then I'm in for a treat when I go get some for myself. Good help is hard to find. Keepup the great work!???????????? Read more
Service animals not allowed they literally lied to me and said the dining room was closed at 8:21 PM because of short staffed... but the doors are open and they?re allowing people to eat inside until 9 PM but the manager just lied to us because he wantedour service animal out I kindly explain the federal law and he said the dining room is closed he was working the front registerwhen we walked in but when I asked if I could place my order and we would just take it to go he said they are not doing walk uporders. Enjoy the federal complaint I?m going to file tomorrow and I will call Taco Bell customer service but for the Americanswith disabilities act my service dog is allowed. Read more
Placed my order through the app. I pull in line. One car ahead of me. As I?m waiting to be greeted noticed this guy turn around... in another parking lot and go in. Assuming they messed up his order. I get my drinks and my food. They proceed to tell me oneitem on my order isn?t available, absolutely no substitutions (I?ve honestly never had this issue). Fine. I leave. Sip my drink.It?s pure carbonation water. So that sucked. Then I get home to see I?m missing a soft taco. And 2 other of my food items weremade incorrectly. Read more
Came at 2am on 7/01/22. Food was hot and fresh. The employee even let the water machine run for a second so it didn?t taste like... pink lemonade. My mobile order instructions were followed perfectly and there was a generous amount of chicken on both of myitems. ???? Read more
Just wanted to give Theresa at this location a shout-out, she is the absolute best! Most taco bell locations are a non memorable... experience, but she definitely is a shining light! An added bonus the food was better than I'm used to a taco bell. Tacos niceand full of meat and toppings. Two thumbs up for everyone at this location! Read more
Love that they have vegan options but your chances of getting a correct vegan meal without meat or cheese on your order is a... straight 25%. But they are the only place in the area open late so I take my chances, order 5 things, and get 1 or 2 items madewithout meat or cheese. I feel for the 1 person trying to operate the whole business on her own. ???? Read more
