Ordered through door dash for 1st time...food was great...didn't get smoothie this time I want to stop in and get it fresh
If I could give this location a 100/10 I would!! This is by far my favorite Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The staff is very attentive... as soon as you walk in the door always greeting with a hello or a good morning/afternoon. I got my order through Grubhub. I order a grilled Caprese cheese sandwich. I ended up with a grilled chicken caprese sandwich.... It had barely any cheese, a very small 1 slice of tomato and was burnt. Thoroughly inedible. Read more
Smoothies are good but I would recommend not having sugar added. The food is very hit and miss. They need more variety. The... staff at this location is kind of in their own world. Last time I was there, every order that came in the staff seemed put outby it. Took about 20 min to get my 2 sandwich order. Read more

These are all separate times of coming to the 16 and Crocker location and got a little football what?s supposed to be a wrap but... is not - when I got a breakfast I got that smashed thing - now I?m on the road all day and eat trop a lot I think it?s a decentrestaurant for quick and somewhat healthy food but I unfortunately live right by the 16 and Crocker location and eat it the mostand well it?s the worst location I?ve been too, the people just don?t care there and proofs in the photos like what is thislittle cube thing? This place always has the absolute best smoothies and food. The staff works very efficiently and quickly despite how busy it... often gets here. Prices are fair and food is more than worth what you pay for it. I will keep coming back here and recommendit for anyone looking for a great tasting well priced smoothie or meal. Read more
