Always problem location. And now an hour before closing their systems conveniently went down. This place screws up my orders,... the staff clearly have no clue what they are doing. This location needs a whole new crew or to close down cause it's alwaysproblems here. Edit: food quality REALLY went downhill! Someone needs to investigate the cheese, lately it's tasting horrid. Management can't perform yhe evening shift change efficiently. Your store being at a a standstill at 9pm for 20 plus minutes... with a busy line with 5 or 6 cars driving off cant be how your franchise owner intends for their restaurant to be ran. Their food is always cold! Doesn?t matter what time of the day you go. They NEVER have cookies made. What?s the point of it... being on the menu if you never have them. And then you always have to check the bag because your order is almost 100% wrong ornot the right food. Horrible service. They literally do not care at this location. This establishment closes at 11Pm so I got there at 10:15 making sure I also gave the workers enough time before closing time.... When I got there, there were only 3 cars ahead of me in the drive through line and didn?t think it would take that long. I gotto the order Box literally 2 minutes before closing time just for 2 chocolate frosty?s and they were out except for two smallfrozen ones that were pulled out of a freezer so it was basically ice. I ordered a double stack and it looked like the mustard bottle exploded on the sandwich. Why would anyone serve that to a... customer? I have some ideas but will not share what I think about a person that would serve food to a customer knowing somethingwas wrong with it. Read more
If I could give this Wendy?s less than 1 star I absolutely would. Ordered from here multiple times and food is cold, not... correct, and absolutely lazily out together. I got a large combo just now and there?s barely any fries in the box. Got theburger with only lettuce and tomato and they put everything on it even though it clearly says lettuce tomato only on thereceipt. Didn?t even give me a straw for my drink....check the pictures out. Needless to say, this Wendy?s is terrible. Myorder is right MAYBE 20% of the time. Read more
