Best experience I've had in a fast food restaurant. All staff were smiling and pleasant.
Service is horrible. Place was shut down for remodeling for a while least they could have done is hire a staff that actually... worked. Mid order hold on a second 10 minutes later still sitting here. Defeats the purpose of being a fast food joint. Read more

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Gave me the completely wrong order & tried to convince me that I... didn’t order my items that were missing. Burgers had hair on them and the drinks were not correct. I wouldn’t feed food fromhere to a dog. Read more

We stopped today at your location. We had a few questions about the menu and the girl who took our order was so very patient.... When got to the pickup window I asked the girl if she was the one who took our order and she was. We told her how weappreciated her patience and courteous manner. The update on the restaurant looks amazing. Customer service is still challenged. Our cashier couldn’t have seemed more... irritated. Super unwelcoming, literally to the point that we were afraid to ask for the bathroom code for their lockedbathrooms. Smh ??????? Read more
