This McDonald?s was absolutely horrible. I went for dinner so I could be quick and fast because I was in a rush! I only ordered... 3 L fries (ALL HARD AS ROCK) a Carmel frap that wasn?t blended properly and a chicken sandwich that was cold and drowned inMayonnaise. Also the drinks was over water. They told us they will be 2 minutes but it took over a half a hour. They said only 2people was working, no manger there and both minors. I didn?t have time to get ?fresh? food I was already late. Slow drive through entire order was wrong, went to get order replaced they forgot more items and I had to wait another 20 mins... for fries, then they brought out 2 fries instead of one.. Read more
Poorly managed. Understaffed, only drive thru was available the door to the inside was locked couldn't use the restrooms, there... were trash everywhere, filled out trash cans. It was a mess. Read more
Absolutely worse McDonalds I've ever experienced. They pretend to be closed very frequently. You sit at the drive through and... noone takes your order yet you see them inside laughing and having fun. Then they proceed to tell you they aren't open or theyhide in the back. Location doesn't mess up your order very much and haven't really had any issues with the ice cream machine the few times I've... ordered ice cream here. Really enjoy the Steak egg and cheese bagels. Lowered to 2 star because of failure to communicate.Stopped by sep 10th and sat in the drive through for 5 minutes calling Hello to get someone's attention. Wasn't until I passerbytold me they were doing mobile only ordering. So I pulled up the app and made a mobile order and then continued to sit and waitfor another 10-15 minutes at time of writing when I'm trying to get FAST FOOD for my wife before she goes to work. This McDonald's is losing alot of money by not having the dining room open, as there are about 40 semi truck parking spots in... the parking lot where truckers could spend money here. But they only had drive thru open. As well the fries were cold andnuggets tasted like they have been sitting in the warmer for over an hour, fries and nuggets definitely were not fresh. Read more
Its rare for me to make bad reviews but this is ridiculous, the manager was cool and agreed with me and gave me a refund but... this is why fast food doesn?t deserve 15$ an hour??. Read more
They are always closing early, but you can see them inside laughing and having fun. This place needed new management.
