Manager on this shift at drive through was very rude towards me and my family scoffing at us and tried to over charge us for... incorrect items yelling at us through the window also calling me honey and other pet names and giving us a hard time in front ofmy girlfriend and my sick child I had to drive away and tell them never mind. This was whoever was on shift at 5:50pm October16th. I really did not appreciate it nor did any of us.they made us feel very uncomfortable and mocked us. Read more
This is such a hit or miss location. They're either fantastic or awful absolutely no in between. One day everything runs... smoothly and missing no items. My only complaint is they NEVER fill my CHEESE SAUCE CUP for my nachos and cheese all the way up it should be 2 PUMPS. It's... super annoying that I have to buy another cheese because they don't want to fill the cheese cup all the way up. When I worked atTaco Bell when I was a kid that's how we were told. 2 PUMPS. MY other complaint is I have to ask for easy beef because whoeveris the line cook always puts too much meat in my taco and I know there's a little scooper that is for precision so you can tasteall the ingredients just annoying. I dont know how to do this without leaving 2 reviews. Breakfast through lunch m-f this location is fantastic, 5 star location.... One of the best Taco Bells I have been to. Anytime outside of that window, it is the worst. The employees are just plain rude. Ihave had my order come out with missing things, I have been handed someone else's order, no sauce, no napkins. Pretty muchanything they can do wrong has happened. Whoever the manager is m-f breakfast-lunch, please train the rest of the employees. Read more
We ran through Taco Bell tonight with a very large order, they screwed up one box but the manager was on top of it! She... immediately made them correct it without us saying a word. We were extremely happy with the customer service there tonight! Wehave had issues there in the past and it looks like they have corrected them because this manager was running a tight ship! IDK where they got this new staff from but they are amazing. I'm mad I'm terrible with names so I can't personally thank the few... I've encountered and I ordered thru the app so there's no name on the receipt. My 3 yr old interrupted every 2.4 seconds and wasacknowledged each time without missing a beat in taking care of my order. I've been 3 times this week with different staff eachvisit so it's definitely a vibe change. It's fast food so I doubt y'all LOVE your job (I know I didn't) but thank you for beingkind. Read more
I had the pleasure of being served by Mr. Ash. I really had to share how wonderful the service is at your Taco Bell location... (023301). My order is always correct, food is fresh and delicious and best of all is the exceptional customer service! I wasserved by Ash today and have been in the past. You can tell he truly enjoys his job by how he treats his customers. He isextremely friendly, kind, energetic and a wonderful example of exemplary customer service! He truly goes above and beyond and isthe same every visit. He puts a smile on my face each time.
