What a joke! This is not German food. This is drunk American bachelor at 3:00AM food. It was literally the minimal possible... effort one could put into a dish. Service was fantastic! Seems to be family owned. The food is definitely prepared with authentic German care. A more crusty bread... would have improved the appetizer cheese spread. The food was ok, gravy was not good. Outside seating needs improvement. Weshould always try to help small businesses... so go there help them earn money and improve the place!!! Amazing, authentic German food. Doesn't get any better than their brats in a Pretzel baguette and some schnitzel with gravy.
La, our hostess and server, was wonderful and welcoming. She held a table for us and had a smile that was contagious. The dark... draft lager was wonderful as well as the food. I did not care for the cheese struddle but the chocolate cake was excellent. Givethis restaurant a try when visiting Mt. Dora because they deserve your business. Very friendly some nice German beer on tap. We had a large pretzel as an appetizer and I had the ham and swiss cheese on a... pretzel baguette and a side of sauerkraut with a beer. It was all very good, they were very friendly and appropriately attentivea really nice lunch you'll like it. Read more
This is seriously the WORST restaurant I have ever been. The food was disgusting, and the service the old lady with short hair... (she didn?t want to give me her name) but she was rude since the minute I came in with my family. My family is German and theydidn?t even understood what we ordered it.
