I placed an order from the reduced menu, due to hurricane, ordered a chimichanga, only came with chips. I wasn't asked if I... wanted salsa, which EVERY OTHER Mexican restaurant provides with the chips. When I discovered they no longer have a salsa bar,then she tells me it costs extra. So I pay for the salsa and told her who eats chips without salsa or queso?, and she brings mea little 1/4 cup of salsa. I'm waiting, expecting chips, and after 15 minutes she brings out a tray with the chimichanga, andchips scattered on it. No utensils to eat it. Had to ask for a fork and knife. I didn't have time to eat every thing. Because Icouldn't eat the chips while I waited for the entre, and had to get a to-go box for the chips, as I had an engagement. Thisplace is OVER PRICED, and service is LOUSY. The food was passable but needed sides of rice and beans, CHIPS ALONE ARE NOT A SIDEDISH! NEVER Eating here again. There are 2 much better Authentic restaurants in the area that serve a full meal for LESS money. Read more

Our first visit to this location, and it had a very chill-axed ambiance. We were surprised that it was not packed, but found out... we snuck in right after the dinner crowed. Very clean with polite employees and awesome food. Each location is differentlythemed, but the friendly staff and delicious food is always the same. This is our 7th TF location we've been to, and we hope toeventually visit the remaining 130 in our great state of FL! #GOKNIGHTS! Read more
Tonight my family and I ordered through the app for pickup. We asked for smack sweet, don't be a chicken, and bangin chicken hot... sauces. The sauces are unusually thin with the consistency of water and lacking flavor. I got a second opinion from mygirlfriend that also said it's way too thin and lacking flavor. I don't know if it's this location cutting the hot sauces withwater for to-go orders to stretch the sauces further or Tijuana flats as a whole but they were very unpleasant and it ruined myexperience. Because of the thinness of all of the hot sauces, my container holding my food, chips, and tacos all got soaked inwatery sauces making them mushy and unpleasant. The chipotle "salsa" was also thin and runny as can be with almost no flavor.I've been going to Tijuana flats for roughly 10+ years and I've never experienced this before. I contacted the restaurant andwas told that they don't know what I'm talking about and dismissed what I was saying as if I was lying or making stuff up andbeing pretty rude at the same time. I'm not happy and will be contacting corporate and getting their take on this. Read more
