Clean and pleasant. Food was fine but produce wasn't too fresh.

I love subway but not this one. I like Italian BMT subs, gotten them for many years. Every other subway has a bottle of Italian... dressing because it's part of the sub. When I asked for it at the Mt Eaton location in the morning the lady looked irritated andsaid they only had packets. I said that was fine. She cut a packet with a knife and dumped the entire thing ontoy sandwich. Iwanted to make a rude comment and not take it but I'm not like that so I tried it and it dropped all over me and everythingelse, sandwich was a ball of liquid. So much dressing it burned my throat. Didn't eat there again for a while. Decided I wouldtry again since it's on my way home from work and I was hungry. I was there this morning and just stood on the lobby as nobodycame out to serve me. Waited a while and then just got some pizza at the gas station because subway wouldn't serve me. Ive beenthere a lot and there's a younger guy that works in the evening that is very professional and does a great job. The lady in themorning is very, very bad. Read more
Jesus What a disgusting attitude this blonde employee has, not only terrible with basic hygiene (I'm talking about her hair... being on the counter top where food is being processed , on her clothes, in my to bag of food), but to top it all a disgustingattitude. Sunrise breakfast sub was very good! Service .... Not so much. Waited quite some time for someone to come out of the back. ... When she finally did, it appeared I was bothering her with my presence. Just not very friendly .... Kind of a "I hate my job"attitude. Maybe you should find another one if that is the case. Read more
