It is totally pointless to order on the app? I?ve used it a couple times. First time, they gave me the wrong order. Second time,... I requested a timeframe for it to be ready ?. Horrible experience. Every time I come here the food is either cold, frys undercooked. Or takes 20+ minutes to receive my meal.... Definitely not up the standard of What a Burger. Read more
Being that my uncle is the COO of DKT Enterprises, my expectations at Whataburger are the standards he has set by his own hard... work. He started at Whataburger at the age of 15 as a fry cook and stayed loyal to the company and their policy onSatisfaction. My husband and I stopped here on our way to our away football game in Nacogdoches from Hallsville. Upon walking into this establishment, we were never greeted. We placed our order and sought a table. There were 3 other families eating. About10 empty tables remained and EVERY SINGLE TABLE was dirty. Food on them, dead bugs and all the old order number placardsremained. I went back to the counter and let them know there were no clean tables. I was given cleaning towels to clean one. Iused hand sanitizer on the wall to clean our table. We used the restrooms. The women's stalls were disgusting and the men's hadno soap and urine on the floor. When we got our food, I had to return to the front, and wait in line, to ask for napkins. Whyaren't napkins available or placed in bags? Our Whataburger in Hallsville is so clean, everything is stocked and the workers arealways pleasant. I've been here a couple times and figured I'd give them a second try but this has to be the worst whataburger I've ever been too... and I don't write reviews. But for the amount of staff that are here is unreasonable for how long it took to get my food. Bunch of lazy slow walkers. Read more
We got there right around noon and I think pretty much all 437 people in town came in right after we did (my picture of the town... limits was blurry, maybe 447). It was a madhouse for about 15 minutes. But, they clearly knew it was going to happen becausethey got our food out in great time, it was well prepared, they didn?t short the time the fries needed like some places do whenthey?re rushed. Everyone was friendly, clean restrooms. We?ll try a local spot next time, but we still can?t get Whataburger inTennessee, so I had to have it. Read more
Service fairly slow. Regular coffee was lukewarm, no decaf, no unsweet tea. Trays were empty, bathrooms to gas station were... dirty and unkept. Around 7am in the morning. Took pics when left after requested fresh coffee. Decaf came out very weak. Read more
Excellent stop to grab a bite to eat small truck parking area but you usually can get in and out pretty quick
