Beef tasted like old oil. The people were very nice and let me use the restroom after they were closed.
I would give "0" stars but not available. Was there at 7pm on Oct 25th. Sat at the drive thru window for 8 minutes, with no... cars in front of me. When I finally said "hello" to the speaker a very rude voice said, "we'll be with you in a minute" Iwaited 4 more minutes and decided to leave and as I drove away, there was no customers in the restaurant, but I could seeemployees messing around and socializing. Shame on you A&W. The amount of money I've spent here, this was disappointing. I'mdone with A&W until they start to manage it better. This is the third time lately I've had terrible service. A&w food is always good but this location seems to have abnormally incompetent staff. I've been to this location a few times and... every time, they ask really stupid questions, make the wrong change (last time, the girl struggled to count 50 cents and endedup giving me 40 cents. It's just 2 quarters! She was holding 2 quarters, looked confused, put one back and changed it for a dimeand nickel!) Anyways, I don't recommend this location just cause the staff are a little frustrating but the food is great if youhave the patience. Read more
Well the food was amazing, the service was SLOW & the staff took forever to even take my original order. It should NOT take... nearly 2 minutes for 1 wrap and 1 frozen root beer. Simple as that! Read more
You think it would be common sense to schedule more staff on a Friday of a long weekend. I'm sorry but taking 30 mins to get 7... cars through a fast food drive thru is ridiculous. Read more
One of my favourite restaurants! The service here was amazing, all of the staff were exceptionally nice throughout my families... visit. We dined in, and one of us got the Beyond Meat burger which was going to be a 10 minute wait. The staff asked if wewanted it handed to its at the table. The staff was also very helpful when we were interested in trying some of the new frozendrinks on their menu. Read more
Fresh food, excellent service and very clean. Been here several times for breakfast, lunch and dinner and service has been... consistent. My favourite is the teen burger, fires (with of course A&W seasoned salt) and root beer. This location like othersalso offers outdoor seating for the days where the weather is nice. Read more
Terrible experience. The cashier told everyone waiting in line that they are too busy and won't be taking any orders. This... happened aeound 8:30 pm on September 30, 2022. At the same time all the staff were walking casually and seemed unrushed. I havenever heard of a fast food restaurant not taking in-store orders. That was very unprofessional.
