Worst subway ever. Never again!! Ordered online through the app. When we showed up at the time it was to be ready it was not... ready. They offered to make it right there so we were going to wait. But then they told us they didn?t have half theingredients like the bread. We told them not to bother. So we did a refund. Small business just for a take-out. It is inside the convenience store.
Seen the workers in the back on there phones waits 10 min for service, the subs did not get marked to tell what was what. And... there was no napkins in bag. Not impressed Read more
The website says you?re open until 11 and at 8:40pm on a Thursday you were closed. Very unprofessional and waste of a 20min... drive for us. Not impressed with this establishment at all. Read more
Went to get a sub at 10:45pm when they are open until 11pm and was refused service even when someone else was there getting... food.. totally ignorant. Rude customer service and insulting. Wont be going when that girl is working ever again. Read more
I called in a takeout order of five foot long subs. Mackenzie took my order and she was amazing. I could tell she's really busy,... but she didn't cut me short or treat me rudely as I muddled through my list. Then when I get there half an hour later, my orderwas all ready to go, despite the fact that there was a steady stream of customers. Mackenzie came and put mine through. Inoticed she has a cast on her arm. But even so, she was at work, doing a better job than some people would without a cast. Tosay the least, I was impressed with that kind of service. If you are doing business for the public then people should be able to contact you for changes and if there?s any problems. Why... is it impossible to get a hold of this place? I tried calling and it just didn?t go through to make a change to my order. So Iended up wasting money. Read more
