Stores too lazy to staff people they would rather close and use the drive thru. They are used as a traveling town they should be... closing the drive thru not the store front. Never the less the horrible customer service. Read more
Mount forest Drive thru. Did not get 2 breakfast sandwiches after returned home. Recommend window server or someone ensure your... order is complete since it is not cheap before sending you on your way. Donated at least $12 to $15. Very disappointing. Read more
After a particularly trying slump last year, this locations has really amped up their efforts to serve customers quickly. The... orders are correct more often than not, and the drive through lineup moves quick. This is a bad location for a drive through,though, as it relies on the blocking of local streets and highways to service customers. Hopefully they're planning a movesooner than later. Come on? 15 minutes in line inside the store with only one person in front of me. You have 5 kids working and those in line... asked to have patience as they are training? where are the experienced employees to help? Drive thru was backed up, milk bagsneeded to be changed and coffee pots replaced before i got my small order. What i will say is the young employee gets fivestars for his politeness and friendliness, but clearly there needs to be some work done on the speed and efficiency of service. Read more
This Timmies is a hit and a miss. Last time I was there, the service was not too bad and the bathroom was clean. Several times... before, service was slow, bathrooms were not up to reasonable standards and no bread or crackers were served with the soup???More often than not, sadly it is below expectations.
