Ordered online for delivery. In about 5 seconds after ordering got a call from the store. Cynthia was all by herself. She had no... driver's so I picked it up. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my food to be delivered. Tried to call the store and was on hold for 25 minutes. We decided to... go up to the store and my food was sitting on the shelf cold. The worker tried arguing that we didn?t pay for delivery and itwas put in for pick up. Then why does my receipt say delivery charge $3.99 a two litter of soda doesn?t make this right. I ordered two Italian subs from domino's. I was suppose to have double cheese and extra ham. I subtracted three item's for the... extra ham. I didn't have double cheese and I did have extra ham. The sub bun was so hard you could crack nuts with it and themeat was so hard and dry it took so long to chew it because it was like jerky!! I've never had a sub as bad as these were!! Andthey also charged me $4.00 to deliver it there blocks away. I'll never order from them again!! I might as well flushed $20.00down the toilet!! Domino's that's POOR BUSINESS!! Best pizza place around mount Gilead. With the good prices and delicious pizza, wings, pastas and more Domino's is my favorite.... I always get one of their bread bowl pasta and they are amazing every time. Even though Domino's, like a lot of places are shortstaffed all the staff works hard to get the food out the door as hot and fast as possible. Thank you Domino's employees. Read more
Hello! I placed an order tonight at 8:32 pm for delivery. At 9:47 pm I got a call from someone at the dominoes location to ask... me if I received my order. I had not. The employee put me on hold to figure out why I had not received my order. He comes backon the phone to explain to me that the order was still at the location and that they would give me a $25 credit for theinconvenience but did state that the order would be going out. I waited until 10:45 pm to try calling as I still had not gottenmy delivery. I was on hold for 25 mins and no one answered. I also noticed that on Google this location has MANY reviews of thisexact thing happening where they don't receive their delivery and no one ever answers the phone. I will be contacting thecorporate office on Monday. I fully understand why this company has a 1 star rating if these complaints don't result in any typeof action. Read more
