This McDonalds is hit or miss. I?ve had great experiences and awful experiences. There are times I?ll go in and everything goes... smoothly and there are times I?ll go in and I get forgotten or ignored because the employees are completely focused on the drivethru and seem to block out the fact they actually do have customers in store. The drive thru is the same, I?ve had times whereeverything was perfect and times where I?ve had to pull up or into one of the reserve spots and wait for long periods of time.There are times they?ve missed something in my order and I have to go back though to get it fixed. I?ve also had experienceswhere I had trouble with the ?Deals? on their app. Some employees are willing to help you and fix the problem and some won?tbother. Of my complaints, I find being ignored while in store most frustrating. Read more

Double quarter pounder under cooked...all i got was a new one and the excuse that they are busy. I don't find that as an excuse... to serve underdone meat!! It only takes a few minutes on the grill so how can it be that hard... Come on. I tried calling to letthem know that they are serving underdone meat but the 4 times i called nobody answered... After waiting 25 minutes in the lobby for 1 sandwich and a hash brown, I was given the wrong order and told "that should be... right" negative. Not even close. So after asking to have it fixed, I was told they are just to busy and people working theredon't know what they're doing. I said okay, threw it all in the trash and walked out without my food or money back. Maybe themanager should actually be at their store instead of home letting kids run one of the worst McDonald's in Ohio. Truly sad.. Read more
