Barf. October 4, 2022. Came in around 4:30PM ordered the number 1/2 rib, chicken meal, sides were broccoli and Mac and cheese.... The broccoli was the worst thing I?ve ever eaten. It was mushy and brownish. Cornbread? Ice cold. Mac and cheese? Blah. Ribswere decent flavor but not enough to any ?atta boy?. The chicken was mediocre at best. Thank god I?m not a local otherwise I?dbe so bummed this place sucked. I don?t get Boston Market but once every few years, and after this experience idk if I?ll everrisk it again. I love their baked chicken it was wonderful the chicken cordon bleu also their spare ribs my husband loved it he said they were... absolutely fantastic we go there again the mashed potatoes and broccoli were made perfect not hard not too soft just perfect webreak them five stars and suggest others to go there best chicken that we've tasted Read more

Wow.. I have to been a huge fan of Boston market for many years. But I have to say this has been one of the worst yet. The... cashier does not greet you nor did know anything about the menu layout. The person cutting the chicken in the back had herBluetooth headset in the whole time and was not listening to what another employee ( in sweatpants and Crocs) was telling herabout the orders. I ended up waiting for over 10 minutes just a whole chicken and a small side of veggies. I am sorry Bostonmarket but the people you at this location are lacking customer service, and professionalism. I did not even get a thank youwhen I was handed the chicken like it was a garbage bag. I even felt embarrassed for them. This place wasn?t bad but it wasn?t great either. I ordered garlic chicken mashed potatoes and macaroni. Also a chicken pot pie... not pictured. The food was warm not hot. The customer service was okay nothing special much like the food ?okay? but nothingspecial. Read more
The quality of the meats can't be understated. The ribs are always tender. The chicken and turkey are also perfect. Mears are... their speciality, and also, the prices are fair for the quality. The sides though... they need to level up. They are such adistraction to the proteins. Good, promot service. They're ready with food at dinner time. Read more
