Went in there today just around 4:30. One guy behind the counter texting and listening to loud music. He couldn?t take my... order correctly, called someone. Two guys, one I would assume was a manager came from outside, reeking Of weed. I know it?snot brain surgery to work there but maybe they could stay straight for the shift. Husband just went and 2 items out of a over $50 order was correct! I have had it with these people! What is the point! I was on... speaker and my husband ordered my sandwich dry(he said it 2x and said no mayo , no ketchup) and the guy repeated it. Of coursemy bacon king had mayo and ketchup! We ordered 2 large meals and 1 medium meal we received 2 medium drinks and fries and 1 largefry and drink. Then the mozzarella sticks and the cheeseburger were missing! Do not waste your time or money! If something ismissing they want you to drive all the way back and only give you what?s missing & not fix what?s made wrong, while the rest ofyour food is COLD! On top of that they?re very rude and act like you did something wrong! So unless you want to pay forwhatever they feel like giving you and nothing that you ordered avoid this place like the plague! And then on top of everythingthey don?t answer the phone and the lights are out! They look like they?re having a hang out with their friends and wanted tolook like they were closed! The drive through guy was great? and that?s where it stopped, the owner of this BK obviously doesn?t care about his restaurant... at all. Corporate should step in and fix it up along with fixing the quality issues. Read more
Ordered a coke, cheeseburger, and fries from the drive thru. The coke was room temp and had no ice. The cheeseburger was just a... patty with the bun and nothing else. Wasn?t worth my time to take it back. Save yourself your money. Read more
The 541 Burger King drive thru is so slow in service when it's not even busy. Their milk shake machine is always out of order.... Went there last night because i was desperate for a fish sandwich and the place was closed. No sign. I hope they're closed forgood. McDonald's is so much better Read more
This has to be one of the worst fast food joints I've been to. I've had two really awful experiences so far. The first time,... they gave us stale fries that smelled awful. The second time, they took more than 20 min to give us subpar stale fries and areplacement item that they failed to let us know till the last minute. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
