Normally decent, but today ordered on the app as usual and received a MED instead of LG. So the lady put ice in a Large cup,... dumped the medium coffee on top, and handed it back without saying a word. Incidentally, there was only about a half inch gapat the top of the cup, so how much more coffee would I really have gotten? Read more

Prices keep going up-bagel with cheese used to be around $3+ tax now it's $5??? Also since when do they charge for a cup of... water??? Tap Water is free everywhere and for DD to charge you $1 when you're already purchasing from them absolutelyunacceptable! Terrible staff attitude as well. Why do indians/Bangladeshi in liberal states have a monopoly for DD? Where'sthe diversity in that? Because all the staff are Bangladesh in all establishments. Read more

This DD is down the street from my church and from time to time I go there as a last resort in a dire caffeine fit. They NEVER... EVER get the order right. Today I went for the first time since the remodel...ok your building is nice BUT my order was stillwrong and my coffee was nasty. I asked for a dark roast with an espresso shot and gingerbread swirl, cream no sugar. What Ireceived was a regular coffee with no espresso cream and sugar...you definitely know the difference. What the cup says isdefinitely not what I ordered or the $4.87 I paid for. I'm gonna give up on this place it's the worst DD of the 4 in the area. Read more
Starbucks is my usual go to for coffee. But my husband was telling me about how awesome this remodeled Dunkin was. It is... beautiful and so incredibly clean and I don?t know what they?ve done to the formula in their coffee but it taste totallydifferent than it used to. I get the cold brew on tap. The manager, Bobby is awesome. I have only been twice, and the secondtime I was impressed that he remembered my order. You can tell he really takes pride in his store. Pleasure to patronize thisestablishment. Definitely recommend! Read more
Sheesh..the attitude of the servers this morning..it's not everybody. The food took a long time w no apologies. The syrup... wasn't in the tea as requested, which wasn't really the problem. It was the attitude when I asked about it. Not sure whypeople take a customer service type of job if they don't have the right attitude. How much does it take to say thank you or aquick kind word to a customer especially regarding an order. Sheesh! Oh well! Read more
