Half the time they can't get your order correct, and they give you a hassle when you try to get the correct food. They won't let... you in the dining room, so I literally had to wait in the drive through line after I'd returned to get my order right. Then thekid on the speaker tells me "there's not really anything I can do about it". Read more
It's not one of the cleanest locations I've been to. The floor was sticky, In the service didn't seem to understand when you... order something online and go inside to pick it up. Unless I just got there at the wrong time when shifts were changing.Nevertheless the food was fresh and hot. I was stuck in Mt Holly while my car was being repaired. I tried to hit up the McD's for a restroom and quick bite. The dining... room was closed so no food and no bathroom for this weary traveler. For the most part the order is right for this location. But I have to ask a wait for fresh fries the majority of the time,... because if I don?t my fries will be cold and my kids complain every time. You have to yell at the talk box because they cannever hear you speak and blame that on the order being messed up. Read more
