Ordered a custom meal on the mobile app and received just the regular menu items. If it wasn't for the fact that I got the food... late at night I would have brought it all back. I also tried to contact Taco Bell to see if I can get a refund on thecustomizations I made, but as soon as I submitted the form, it gave me a lovely 404 page. Normally my visit is good... but the other day I noticed the car in front of me had the wrong order... only to get home myself... and discover I was given the wrong order as well. More importantly, this was extra frustrating because I had repeated what myorder was before they handed it to me and they verbally confirmed... yes, 3 soft Taco... Worst service ever. Can?t remember the last time an order was given to me correctly. You wait forever to order(while all... employees just laughing and standing around), pay for food you don?t receive and not what you ordered, ask for extra sauce whenordering 10 tacos and get 5 sauce packets. They act rude to you when you even try to question anything and close the drivethrough window. The manager and all employees need to be fired. Read more

This place is terrible!! I ordered a sprite and was given seltzer water. I thought I might?ve been crazy so I took it home to my... wife and let her try it, it was definitely seltzer water! I go back a few days later and order a number 2 combo, three soft tacoSupremes with a sprite, they gave me three soft tacos no supreme and again the Sprite was seltzer water! Never again Read more

This used to be one of the best Taco Bell locations around. When I went the place was dirty, the floors and tables were sticky.... I felt bad for the manager because her staff couldn't follow simple directions. She wound up having to go make a customer'sorder while she was on her lunch break. She kept trying to tell her staff the customer needed two cheesy gordita crunches andthey stared blankly. Our food was just thrown together and not too good either. Read more

The food actually started to get better, I think due in part to a new manager. But I'm not thinking he's there anymore as the... food TASTES TERRIBLE!!! No flavor, and whatever flavor you do taste resembles a chemical. Things aren't made correctly, thesauces asked for aren't put in the bag nor plastic wear or napkins.... the food is usually barely warm, and that's WITH uspulling around and having it brought out AFTER having ordered from the app AT HOME well before we leave to pick up. Down hillall the way, no one cares that works there so guess that's a last minute decision that's no more a consideration. Read more

This store has one bright soul, Gail. Otherwise, tonight at 9:10, was alike the other opportunities I gave this location since... moving here. And I will not be giving my hard earned money to this location again. Your workers are constantly hanging out in acircle laughing it up. Even though AGAIN my food was as cold as could be, my sauces non existent, no utensils for food thatblatantly needs them, product missing. And even when I go inside, it?s like being harassed at a corner store in the ghetto.Apparently your workers can?t handle being told that I need more sauce and have no utensils available. Still they have trashattitudes and talk trash about you on your way out. Although they/he didn?t have much to say when I went back inside to ask themwhat?s up, what they had to say, and what his name is. Stood there refusing to tell me with a scared look on his face. I got my order right but I was handed the wrong order. So the exchange the bag. There are three per people at the window. I... guess one was training and you know hand me the wrong order. And he was really flustered so I told him to just keep it slow. Sohe didn't make so many mistakes because it look like the other two that I was working with him we're fixing his mistakes. I Iunderstand that you have to train your employees. But on a Sunday night with the fireworks going there wasn't many customers inthe checkout line. I did get my correct order after a little confusion. So I'm going to give the new employee five stars becausehe made it right and then when he gave me the mild sauce he gave me such a big handful that it fell between the car and thewindow.
