My food was good and hot. Spaghetti taste good .and the garlic bread ???? was a good warm.

The service was great except the prices weren't posted......1 large sandwich, 1 lasagna, 1 chicken bites, 1 drink.....over... $45!!!!!.....everything was good but the lasagna was ALL noodle!! Not much sauce, no cheese and zero filling!!. Definitely notworth the price........could made a whole family sized pain of it for that price!!!!! Read more

Staff seemed quite friendly and while appearance-wise the building itself is small and simple the pizza itself was very good,... with arguably excessive toppings, though that isn't a bad thing at all! Would definitely visit again if I ever pass throughthis area another time. Read more

Called in a order and waited over 40 mins while watching numerous over orders being served wrong to other customers. EVERYONE... had to wait while they walked around drinking energy drinks. The Manager Mary needs replaced because her attitude was horribleto everyone she spoke too! Read more

Well, we just ordered our supper from Gino's in Mt Hope. It will be the last time we order from them. When ordered we were told... we were next out and it took over 45 minutes to get our food. Then we didn't even get all of it!!! The driver drove by our house2 times before realizing the numbers were on the front and Wayne was waving him down. The driver apologized and said he wouldget the food he forgot. I called to make sure they were bringing the food to us, a guy named Jeff answered the phone. I told himthat we stopped ordering from them a long time ago because of the service but thought we would give another try. We are sorry wedid! I asked the guy if they carry this kind of business with all their customers and his remark was " yes, we do itintentionally". Well, those of you that know me that was the wrong thing for him to say! I spoke to a manager and he acted likehe didn't care but he said of course I care. He said that Jeff isn't usually like that maybe something was going on with him hedidn't know about. That doesn't matter his smart remark to me should have never been said. When the call ended I was still upsetwith the whole situation but I will let it go and not let it ruin my day. We will never order from Gino's again and I am forsure going above the so called manager I spoke to as I feel he will not deal with the employee or the situation.we will neverorder from Gino's anywhere. After reading reviews they sure do carry the poor customer service to all customers. Very sad. Verypoor service and food. Our food was cold and just did not taste right at all. Read more

Everytime I eat here there is an issue. It's unfortunate though considering there is only one other restaurant in Mount Hope.... The other restaurant being a dine in more formal type of place. Once I received a pizza that was burnt and dry, keep in mind I'mnot the type to complain about food. I took that back and received credit for my next purchase. So next time I got a pubwich andpizza. The pubwich had rotten lettuce on it, one piece was so dark and molded looking. So I went to return the pubwich and Itold the manager what was happening and they never apologized just said they would refund me. I wanted them to know how big of adeal it is to serve spoiled lettuce. I showed her the lettuce and her comment was "It looks like an olive.", now that goes toshow how dark and nasty that lettuce looked. It's a shame too that I walk about a mile there then a mile back to get food thatisnt even eatable, just to walk another mile there for a refund and another mile back home. Who really knows how many times thishappens or has happened. (P.S. I have contacted you threw the website. Two different people called claiming to be the person incharge "head honcho" of this particular location, then took my address to send me coupons for the bad expiercene. F.Y.I. I dontwant to spend money AGAIN with the possibility of this reoccuring being very high. Also it's been 3 weeks and still nothing inthe mail..
