I went to Culver's for dinner, the drive thru was average busy. I finished paying for my order at 6:37pm. I waited about 10... minutes before my food was handed to me. As I opened the bag to give my son his burger, I quickly realized it wasn't my order.No big deal, they were fairly busy at this point. I walked in to let them know. They apologized and said they would have my foodout to me shortly. I waited another 15 minutes for my food. It was the correct food this time, so I went to grab my son hisburger and the ENTIRE box for the burger was COVERED in grease! I searched both bags and NO NAPKINS! Grease dripped on my shirt,pants and all over my hands. By that point I had already pulled off so I was pretty upset. I call them to nicely let them knowthat they should give their customers napkins with their orders. While I was trying to tell this young lady this information ofwhat happened, she was talking to other employees two different times. She apologized and I said that's all I needed and that Iwould let her go since they were busy. Once I got home, I bit into my burger (double bacon deluxe with NO ONION, NO PICKLES) Ibit into a mouthful of onions. Ugh!! I have never had a bad experience at the Mt.
