I went to Culver's for dinner, the drive thru was average busy. I finished paying for my order at 6:37pm. I waited about 10... minutes before my food was handed to me. As I opened the bag to give my son his burger, I quickly realized it wasn't my order.No big deal, they were fairly busy at this point. I walked in to let them know. They apologized and said they would have my foodout to me shortly. I waited another 15 minutes for my food. It was the correct food this time, so I went to grab my son hisburger and the ENTIRE box for the burger was COVERED in grease! I searched both bags and NO NAPKINS! Grease dripped on my shirt,pants and all over my hands. By that point I had already pulled off so I was pretty upset. I call them to nicely let them knowthat they should give their customers napkins with their orders. While I was trying to tell this young lady this information ofwhat happened, she was talking to other employees two different times. She apologized and I said that's all I needed and that Iwould let her go since they were busy. Once I got home, I bit into my burger (double bacon deluxe with NO ONION, NO PICKLES) Ibit into a mouthful of onions. Ugh!! I have never had a bad experience at the Mt. Culver's is a Midwest staple. Good and reliable but not mind-blowing.
We saw Culver's so many times as we were driving around between towns and was so excited when we finally were able to order and... oh my! Everything that our family ordered was fresh and delicious. The burgers were juicy and tasted like meat should, seasonedto perfection on toasty buns. The crinkle cut fries were crisp and salty, cheese curds were fried to perfection and great withcheese sauce and the shakes and cement mixer were rich, creamy and filling. Hey MoHo Culver?s your employees are super friendly :) Editing my review to say that while your personal service is still good,... your pint-packing skills have been weak lately. If this was the amount of custard I wanted I would buy a dish, not a pint. Thisisn?t the first time it?s happened but it?s the first time I?ve been annoyed enough to comment, I got 8 and they were all likethis. Do better please! How do you forgot all the ingredients on a sandwich?? Seriously! Wow and than forgot to give me my shake??????? never coming... here after this! Large meals and half full Fry's... Hire better staff! The (almost) perfect Culver's experience. I have never had bad food at a Culver's and this place was no exception. Staff was... super friendly too! The only issue I had is that it was very cold in there... like way too cold. I am rarely ever cold indoorsbut I literally had the sniffles when I left. Read more
