There was one worker tonight, Saturday August 13, 2022. She did her absolute best and was so kind while in total chaos. HOWEVER,... her manager called and screamed at her like her colleagues not showing up was some how her fault. Im a director, I would NEVER.I real leader shows up and helps. A real leader praises their staff member for doing their best. The management at this locationis vile and horrid. I will not support such horrendous inhumane leadership. I hope McDonalds replaces them soon. They have nobusiness running a business. Treat your crew with respect. Show up. Be kind. Shame on you. Read more
I come here often and I can say with confidence that this is the worst McDs ever. It's dirty. Things are broken. Is slow. People... are unprofessional and rude. And yes, the ice cream machine is always down. Read more
I have been to this location twice with no issues (breakfast through the drive thru on our way out of town) but today, my friend... and I stopped for dinner with our 5 kids. We ordered at 6:35pm. My friend ordered 2 happy meals and a meal and got her food at7:10. I did not receive the entirety of my order until 7:27, almost an hour after placing the order at a McDonald's. When Ifinally received my order, I asked for a refund to compensate for the ridiculous amount of time I waited. The manager said "butyou got your food, right?" Yes. After almost an hour I got my food at a McDonald's. I tried to give them a chance to fix theproblem by requesting the refund. I don't want to be a problem. I want to be valued as a costumer. Instead, the manager blamedthe delay on new hires and offered a coupon for a free meal. I said that would be fine. She went to get me the coupon, gave itto me and then walked away. The coupon was for a sandwich, not a meal. The coupon was specific to a couple stores, none ofwhich are near my home in Michigan. I am not sure I will ever visit this location again. Read more
Horrible service and food. Fries and burgers were stale and cold. Nuggets were not fully cooked (insides were undercooked). I... was eating inside and was given no napkins at all whatsoever. So I had to go to the counter and ask for some (napkins by thedrinks counter was out for some reason). And while waiting an employee walked right by, looked me in the eye, and walked away. Ieven called out to them. Napkins could've been solved right then and there. Overall, horrible food and horrible service. Read more
The woman.of color who takes your order and money at the drive-thru is so kind, helpful, happy. My dad and and I love seeing her... when we stop by for lunch. She is very efficient and fast. The older woman who delivers the food is quick and helpful too. ThisMcDonald's is very well-run. They are very busy at lunch time during the week but your order comes thru quickly in thedrive-thru. Low staffed was waiting on the drive thru for sum time before getting the food. Saw only two staff members working. Didn't see... them wearing gloves (both working around food) otherwise food came out okay, my fish sandwich was still cold otherwise the restwas at least warm. . Not sure if I'd come back or not.
