Well, I should have learned when they forgot my bread sticks the last time I ordered. Tonight I got cinnabons when I ordered... the cinnamon bread sticks. Geezzz when you have to drive from out of town it is so irritating to get home and not have theright things. Read more
The food was good and delivered promptly. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks, Cajun fries and mini Cinnabons.
Until now, the last time I had a great Pizza Hut experience was my grade school "Book It" days. I am really not a fan of the... Pizza Hut red sauce and I LOVE pizza. Needing a quick dinner, I decided to give Pizza Hut a go. I ordered the thin and crispypizza with an Alfred sauce base (instead of red sauce), sausage, green peppers, and bacon. I usually opt for a pan crust, butthe crust absolutely did not disappoint! The edges were especially delightful. I grabbed a cold piece leftover piece forbreakfast and enjoyed it immensely. My husband loved his wings and we were both incredibly happy for $20. Read more
Stopped in and ordered a Hawaiian pizza, got home and ready to eat and was shocked to see green pepper and chicken on my classic... Hawaiian. While frustrating its a mistake that can happen especially when busy. Called them back and they offered me a creditfor my next order. All in all even with the error their customer service was good and they did try to make things right as quickas possible. Read more
Pizza Hut is kinda good but this one is pretty bad. I've heard lots of complaints from my friends and when I ordered a Detroit... style pizza they put salsa on it instead of the normal sauce. Would not recommend this place. Read more
A few weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon, I ordered online from this restaurant. When my wife got there to pick it up, no one was... there. So why are they getting five stars? Because, within a few hours of answering a Pizza Hut survey (and inadvertently havingmy survey comments posted here), I was contacted by both the store's supervisor and manager, apologizing for the mix-up andoffering us a restaurant credit. Everyone can, and will, make mistakes, especially in the trying times we're in now. How acompany and its people come back from that mistake really tells you what they're about, This restaurant, and their people, arefantastic and I will be more than happy to order from them in the future. Only my 2nd experience ordering here. Ordered online tonight, the order showed up in about 40 min, but was incorrect. I called... to ask for the pizza to be replaced with what I had ordered & they said they would get another one out. 1 hour 15 min later,still no pizza. I called again & they still had not gotten it out. The guy really didn't seem to care & just said he wouldrefund $30. Won't order here again- mediocre food and low quality service. Read more
Ordered pan style crust because the other crusts are not good. I did not get pan crust :( very disappointed.
