Horrible. Ordered 5 different food items. They were mislabeled or just completely wrong. They put my cheese tater tots at the... bottom of the bag under all sandwiches so they ended up being greasy mush. Ladies bathroom had no toilet paper in any of thefour holders in any stall, with garbage every where. This sheetz stinks. Will not stop here again. Read more
Spring Break '21 was my first time ever experiencing Sheetz and I was impressed. The facility is cleaner than most truck stops... and the food was good. The Spicy Chicken & Waffle Sandwich was a highlight! I'd stop here again if passing through. Read more
For as big as this sheetz is, I was expecting a much larger selection of food and items. The sandwich we got was basic and... depressing. Not toasted fully and they used lettuce as a cheap filler. Also took forever to get the food out. Not to mention,this place had the worst tasting coffee I have ever had. Read more
When I got here there was a long line of trucks to fill up. It has a pretty big parking lot for trucks to park, but it was... mostly full wirh a few empty spots. A couple rude truckers parked on the road to bypass the fuel pumps, but I was able to driveby alright. Has Tesla charging stations and a big car gas station. Lots of food and items inside Read more

FYI!!!!!! Check your food before you leave. I read the reviews and knew to check my items before I left. And they did forget a... few things. Pay for your food that you ordered so you don't have to stand there and wonder why your # wasn't called. We madethat mistake today. I feel like they should have a sign letting people know if you don't go there often. They also need basketsor something to hold everything. It's kind of hard carrying a lot of stuff to the counter. They have great customer service asfar as dealing with the people. Except!! when you receiving your food. I feel like someone should be there just to make surethe customer is ok. That little touch means a lot. I can say they keep the place clean. And wash there hands before touchinganything else.. As far as the food. It was ok to pretty good. For the price Im pretty sure we would come again. I just wishthey make sure the food is hot and not warm. I also wish they had that brisket rolls and chicken wings. Im over joyed theyhave fries. I think sheetz should all have the same menu items. That's just me. Portion size is really good. Or it's becausewe order extra meat. But still the price for everything was better than going to the same old place. One more thing. I know Imcoming back for the salad. They were spot on and lasted till lunch. They would of gotten a 5 But they missed a few items in ourbag and we were standing there for awhile without knowing to pay first. I like there food selection. The Sheetz roadside convenience store off I-81 in Mt. Jackson, VA is a nice place. It's clean, neat, and well organized. The... Men's Room is properly maintained for the most part. Two of the three urinals are out of service. That could become a problemduring a busy time. There are plenty of gas pumps and plenty of Tesla Supercharger stalls. I recommend this Sheetz. Read more
