Every time I go the drive thru line is always soooo slow. And of the three times I?ve gone there?s always something missing... from my order. I don?t blame the employees though because they seem super short staffed. Read more

Food is great but they can never seem to get a whole order right
Slow service, grumpy employees, several people waiting for food ahead of us just asked for refunds we waited 10 minutes, and the... person taking orders just disappeared, the person handing out the orders started to loudly argue with a customer we saw ordertelling him he didn't order anything because it wasn't on her board we saw her clearing orders before she actually got the food,so we left. Had a full crew but no one in charge everyone just did their own thing with no direction or communication. Read more
We made the mistake of eating inside. It took several minutes for anyone to even aknoladge us. Then after ordering and waiting... at least 10 minutes a manager luckily clocked in and told them to get my order done since I was waiting so long. Even then ittook at least another 10 minutes. We had a simple order so I have no idea why it took so long. I will say the manager gave mymoney back and apologized and the food was good. But not sure how long we would of waited if she didn't show up. It's a shameburger king actually has good food but needs better staff. Read more
Customers that were on the Drive Thru Lane blocked entranceway to Burger King Parking Lot which was fairly empty ... and caused... havoc whereby customers who desired Indoor Duning Only -- could not get thru. Not - a safe scenario ! Read more
