You deserve -5 stars. I will never go there again. Do yourself a favor and drive another 2 minute to Sheetz. Most of the staff... was juvenile, unprofessional, entitled, and smartmouthed. It was like a day care center in there. It took me at least 30 minutesto order my food and get my food, which ended up being wrong. Everybody was goofing around and acting like children. Sat inline for at least 20 minutes. Sat in front of the speaker with nobody speaking to me at all for 3 minutes or so until I finallysaid "hello?". Did not get any kind of apology or any kind of acknowledgment when our food order was messed up. Instead, I wasgreeted with blank faces and smart mouths. The other woman with the messed up order came in after me but yet they made her food1st. This goes way beyond normal human beings making mistakes. Oh, and I was supposed to get a hot hazelnut coffee but it didn'ttaste like hazelnut at all. Instead it tasted like burned, old coffee that I couldn't even drink. This particular Duncan alwaysstunk but it is downright horrible now. Don't waste your money or your time at this place. I take my 5 year old daughter here sometimes in the mornings. Service and cleanliness have definitely gone downhill. Women were... talking loudly and yelling and sweared multiple times loudly while we were here. We?ll be going somewhere else from now on. Read more
This location was extremely dirty, place needs a good cleaning. The staff needs training, someone in the drive through said... they are a senior citizen and asked for the discount, 2 of the employees started to talk bad about seniors and military membersin front of everyone inside. Let me tell you this my wife and I stopped here to order our Sunday usual. Always hot cooked thru and the coffee oh yes the... coffee hot delicious and in many different flavors. I'm a creature of habit so I only get regular hot coffee. Love it here. Read more
I really like to go here when I'm nearby during the weekend. Great food. Staff can sometimes be rude but maybe just a bad day.... Bad time when it comes to having multiple people in drive thru and its always wrapping around the giant parking lot andsometimes even main road. Read more
By far the best Dunkin we?ve gone to! I take my kids ( 3 and 1) here every morning before work and the staff is so friendly!... They love talking to my kids and they always know what we want. The coffee is always great and the donuts are fresh, this is awell run business! Read more
I would give it negative stars If I could. I went in when it was pretty dead, 3 people goofing off & blasting inappropriate... music, took a few minutes for someone to even take my order. Then the lady who took my order was extremely unprofessional, shewas laughing the whole time at what I was saying. I will never return here, nor will I recommend anyone to go here. Read more
The drink that was ordered was not made how I ordered it. When I said that I didn't think it was what I wanted the person that... made it got angry with me because she misunderstood how I wanted it. On a second visit they were out of several things, which isunderstandable, but just a straight "We're out of that" is not very customer service oriented.
